Light ruby red in colour, with aromas of strawberry, clean minerality and a shake of white pepper. solid fizz and good acidity. Red fruit lingers on the dry, crisp finish. 

Grapes are hand harvested from 15-20 years old vines. Whole bunches aged in fiberglass tanks. second fermentation in bottle. Disgorged by hand outside when it's very cold. No sulphites added.

All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
