Low acidity, aromatic, peachy, fresh almond finish.
Orange pet nat made from 65 year old bush vines of Albillo Real on granite & sand. Bunches are foot pressed & macerated for a week before being passed to an old 2500L amphora where it spends 6 months before bottling, 5 mg total sulfites.
All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
